| IBM is looking for a Training Developer/Writer. This role will
specialize in the area of Communications and Training Development and
Writing. The role will be required to: • Provide support for developing training content for application, business and process training for both internal client's employees and external industry customers • Be client facing with the ability to effectively communicate, present training concepts and drafts of presentations to a demanding client • Document detailed client feedback in a very short amount of time and be able to accurately incorporate feedback into presentations • Revise presentations quickly with aggressive timeframes within which to revise training after receiving client feedback • Develop, from concept to final training, product training documentation material • Provide support in developing training curriculum and conducting training presentations, seminars, webinars and demonstrate knowledge of training requirements for different end users • Develop training guidelines for 3-4 software releases a year, focusing on requirements and systems that support commercial mailers ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. 1. Determine whether new functionality can be developed into meaningful training 2. Determine what training, if any is needed 3. Identify goals and objectives for the training 4. Design learning activities 5. Conduct training, if required 6. Determine the effectiveness of the training 7. Revise the training program based on feedback from employees, supervisors and others 8.
