Duties:
  • Work with the business system analysts to capture and gather technical requirements to design test approach and test execution deliverables for the Cycle Alignment project that impacts Amdocs wireless Legacy billing system (Ensemble) and the wireline billing systems (Enabler).
  • Ensure system functionality flows are not impacted while introducing the new functionality starting from OMS (Amdocs Ordering) to Enabler (Amdocs billing system) and Ensemble.
  • Design the test approach and execution plan for Amdocs EPC (enterprise Product Catalogue) to ensure the system will rate and bill correctly its customers.
  • Develop the rules and scenarios in the Amdocs Calendar application, provide milestones and delivery dates.
  • Track application defects in the Quality Center application; report to senior management and to the impacted development teams.
  • Manage client developer and testers to ensure the scope and the functionality is fully understood.
  • Train internal and client's resources on the Amdocs CES billing systems to ensure they can support it.
  • Oversee entire billing system flow starting a call that is initiated through usage coming to the mediation system, ensure the calls are rated correctly awhile comparing to EPC and finally that the billing system produces correct charges.
  • Provide training sessions and technical support for client new/current teams.
Requirements:
  • Vast experience in Amdocs CES products including: Enabler, Ensemble and OMS.
  • Experience in Planning and developing test strategies for large-scale software projects for both web based and client applications.
  • Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and different QA methodologies like waterfall and agile development process.
  • Functional design and execution of testing of the CSM, MAF, Product Catalog, Mediation and Billing Amdocs applications for Side-by-Side projects of Ensemble/Enabler.
  • Experience in designing, developing and executing Conversion testing projects.
  • Experience with both wireline and wireless Amdocs billing systems.
  • UNIX experience is required.
  • Experience in Amdocs Testing Calendar application.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Bachelor degree with a computing element
