Job Summary

Implementation Management has a leading and supporting role regarding technical topics and solutions within a network implementation organization. The job role is used for Wireline, Wireless and Transmission, Network deployment and can be adapted and used for managing all implementation services e.g. Network Design, Site Acquisition, Civil Works, Installation, Integration services etc. It is responsible for management of activities and personnel both from Ericsson, customers and suppliers in accordance to Ericsson requirements and customer contract.
                                                   Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all Site Acquisition and associated activities on given projects, from RF design to acceptance of the NTP (Notice to Proceed)
  • Ensure that Site Acquisition related Service Providers are adhering to Ericsson processes and procedures, measure progress against the baselines and look for continuous improvement opportunities.  Thoroughly understand Ericsson’s vendor facing scope of work for site acquisition and A&E suppliers.
  • Coordinate work with the Service Providers and any other disciplines that interface with the Site Acquisition group
  • Manage all site acquisition activities including but not limited to the following:
    • Audit Site File, review RFDS, and redline
    • Lead initial design site walk and coordinate proposed A&E solution with Ericsson construction manager
    • Review and/or assist in the preparation of Scope of Work (SOW)
    • Coordinate and enforce deliverable deadlines for A&E services and deliverables
    • Review A&E deliverables such as lease exhibit, construction drawings, structural analysis, etc.
    • Evaluate engineering requirements (assessment or analysis required)
    • Coordinate and prepare submittal documents (landlord (LL), jurisdictional, and regulatory)
    • Notify LL (preparation, submittal and tracking to LL acknowledgement of receipt)
    • Obtain LL consent (preparation, document submittal and tracking to LL acknowledgement of consent)
    • Obtain LL lease agreement (preparation, document submittal and tracking to LL)
    • Obtain jurisdictional approval up to and including zoning and BP or EP submission and approval
    • Obtain regulatory approvals (NEPA, SHPO, Phase 1, etc.)
    • Identify and manage all work required to complete and acquire NTP
    • Support NTP hand off to services delivery construction team
    • Provide LL or regulatory agency assistance to the civil work and installation teams, including site access, design modification negotiation and approvals
    • Review and approve all SP’s Close Out Package (COP) documents
  • Manage site acquisition Service Providers and ensure that contract requirements, specifications, and milestones for Site Acquisition are met
  • Resolve problems encountered by the Service Providers
  • Ensure that the agreed implementation schedules and guidelines are followed and enforced
  • Prepare regular daily/weekly/monthly progress report
  • Attend coordination and progress meetings.  Coordinate with stakeholders such as Ericsson construction manager, Ericsson implementation manager, etc.
  • Ensure that quality of the Service Providers’ work  is within Ericsson standards and Customer expectations
  • Maintain a good working relationship with the Customers representatives and all disciplines involved in the project
  • Coordinate site acquisition activities and ensure that all disciplines directly involved in the project are in line with the project goals and objectives
  • After baseline is supplied by the CPM, measure and report on budget, schedule, and risk throughout the project life cycle
  • Ensure that proper records are maintained of all Site Acquisition documentation and data in Site Handler / Continuus (or any other database of record designated by Ericsson) as well as any uploads required in Customer databases (such as Siterra)

Position Purpose:

Cashiers play a critical customer service role by providing customers with fast, friendly, accurate and safe service. They process Checkout and/or Return transactions, as well as monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area. They proactively seek product/project knowledge to provide customers with information and identify selling opportunities. They follow all policies and procedures to ensure that shrink is minimized. A Head Cashier will position Cashiers and support them by expediting price checks, approving Point of Sale transactions and markdowns for mainline registers, Self-Checkout, Returns, Pro Desk, Special Services, and Tool Rental. They provide first level escalation for customer issues and assist in the supervision, coaching and training of other Front End Associates by participating in the training of new Cashiers and utilizing all available tools to coach and develop other Cashiers. The preferred qualification for a Head Cashier is 1+ years of Cashier experience.


Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

Provides customers with fast service

  • Follow the standard checkout process to ensure fast checkout

  • Remove small items from the customer s cart

  • Invite customers into your lane and meet customers in the aisle when available

  • Learn to recognize that a line is anything more than one customer checking out and two more waiting

  • Notify the Head Cashier whenever lines form




  • Provide customers with friendly service
  • Offer a friendly greeting, smile and make eye contact with customers

  • Let customers know you will assist them shortly if helping another customer

  • Thank each customer by saying, "Thank You for Shopping The Home Depot."

  • Assess the customer s need for loading assistance, taking into consideration the merchandise being purchased as well as other environmental factors

  • Give customers your full attention throughout the transaction


  • Process all transactions
  • Follow the standard checkout process to ensure accuracy and to prevent shrink

  • If assigned to Self-Checkout, actively monitor notification messages at the Cashier Station and assess the situation prior to over-riding

  • Follow SOP regarding cash handling procedures, including Self-Checkout

  • Monitor all entrances and exits, request proof of payment when necessary


  • Nature and Scope:
  • Due to forklifts and other heavy equipment traveling through the store, temporary cracks may appear in the floor, causing an uneven walking surface

  • The warehouse environment can be dusty and noisy

  • Doors are frequently open, causing drafts and interior temperature changes

  • Floors around work area may become slippery during wet weather conditions

  • May have to handle merchandise and work with tools with sharp edges

  • Passing forklifts emit gas fumes

  • Tools, supplies and related merchandise may contain hazardous materials

  • May have to occasionally work outdoors where temperatures and climate can fluctuate

    The key elements of the Manufacturing Engineering Technician role are technical depth, problem solving, and communication. This role is responsible for defining / developing / executing plans, procedures, and equipment used to perform acceptance testing and design validation testing of complex air-cooled and conduction cooled electronic system.
  • Translate engineering requirements into effective manufacturing process steps
  • Test, assemble, disassemble, and troubleshoot systems and test equipment
  • Create, modify, and improve system mechanical assembly drawings, work instructions, and process routings
  • Create, validate, and implement Engineering Change Orders
  • Work with assembly operators to gather input, implement changes, and improve test and assembly processes
  • Program, maintain, repair, and calibrate electro-mechanical test and assembly equipment
  • Meet key manufacturing metrics including product quality, on time delivery, and cost productivity as well as upholding critical company policies such as EHS, ESD, and AS9100
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in a high tech electronics manufacturing operation, preferably electro-mechanical assembly
  • Associates Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or associated discipline
    ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to read mechanical and other engineering drawings, BOM’s, and assembly instructions
  • Ability to stand, sit, stoop, crouch, stretch, and reach with hands
  • Ability able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

  • Minimum 5 years work experience in electro-mechanical assembly
  • Extremely strong problem solving skills in troubleshooting products and test systems
  • Active listening / communication skills and ability work with engineering, supply chain, suppliers, and assembly operators in a team oriented manner, particularly in resolving technical issues while maintaining a good team atmosphere
  • Experience with MRP / ERP manufacturing systems, such as SAP
  • Experience with Product Lifecycle and document management systems such as Agile
  • Mindset of continuous improvement
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or associated discipline
  • Experience with CAD systems such as Solidworks and AutoCad
  • Ability to read electronic circuit diagrams
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing and cycle time reduction methods and tools
  • Experience with Conformal Coating, particularly quality and inspection
  • IPC610 and J-STD-001 certification
  • Experience operating thermal chamber and vibration testing equipment
  • AS9100 experience

    The Senior Product Manager will develop the strategy & drive the execution of General Electric Intelligent Platforms Military & Aerospace (Mil/Aero) Service products. In this role, you will identify innovative service offerings for the full suite of GEIP Mil / Aero Commercial products, through market research, growing services business to the next level. You will market & promote new and current services to create an industry recognized service identity, driving product & services revenue.
    In this role, you will:
  • Develop industry partnerships to increase market access

    Overall Purpose of Job: 
    Under Direct Supervision (including using independent judgment within established guidelines) by Material Management of Fluor or its subsidiaries (indicated as “the Company”), the purpose of this position is to perform the essential job duties and functions listed below with the overall objective of delivering value through world-class procurement and material management systems, capabilities, and processes by leveraging advanced sourcing methods; global market knowledge and Fluor’s global purchasing volume to obtain the best pricing, quality and service for our clients 

    Primary Job Duties/Functions: 
    1. Maintains material management logs and inputs material management commitment-related information into databases (such as MatMan, SAP, etc.) 
    2. Performs basic purchasing activities and assists in performing administrative and fundamental procurement assignments, reports, material shipment tracing, and expediting activities with vendors 
    3. Assists the Material Management or Procurement team with the procurement of engineered equipment, materials, and supplies within established Material Management Plans, policies, and procedures, if necessary 
    4. Performs the accurate, timely, and cost-effective identification, sourcing, buying, delivering, warehousing, installation, and commissioning of material and equipment required to support the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) effort 
    5. Develops negotiation strategies, as appropriate 
    6. Develops material requirements including specifications and scopes (working with Material Engineering and Material Control) 
    7. Interfaces with Supplier Quality Surveillance (SQS) and Logistics as necessary on assigned Requests for Quotations (RFQ) or Purchase Order (PO) packages 
    8. Prepares and issues expediting status reports 
    9. Assists other material management personnel, as required 
    10. Meets Company expectations for attendance 
    11. Other related duties/functions as assigned 

    Working Conditions: 
    1. On-site project workspace of various conditions which may include temporary office facilities and exposure to moving, mechanical parts and vibration; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; and various levels of outside weather, and/or 
    2. Generally favorable indoor office workspace

    1. High school degree with 4 - 6 years of related material management experience

    Coordinates the work activities of all mechanical crafts for a carbon fiber plant. Ensures that subordinates are trained and knowledgeable of specifications and work procedures that this material is being utilized to ensure optimum efficiency, and that work is being performed in conformance with specified quality requirements. 
    Maintains effective schedule and cost control within assigned field functions of the project and ensures adherence to these practices. 
    Plans required work activities to ensure that design drawings, tools, equipment, and materials are available. 
    Manages and coordinates the activities of contractors within an area of assigned discipline in conjunction with contracts administration group. 
    Monitors the activities of assigned contractors and ensures compliance with project quality, safety, and security requirements. 
    Supervises all construction-related work activities and assigned field functions and/or crafts involved within a discipline on the project. 
    Plays an active role in the development of the safety culture on the project, making safety a natural part of all work performed. Remains knowledgeable of safety policies and procedures as well as performs assigned duties in a safe manner and, while supervising others, has responsibility for their safety and ensures that they comply with established safety policies and procedures and practice safe work habits. Performs work in conformance with plans, specifications, schedules, and cost control estimates. 
    Controls change/scope creep, ensuring that all scope changes are quickly and properly documented, and that change orders are approved prior to the performance of work. 
    Coordinates the work activities of assigned crafts or functions within the disciplines involved in the project. 
    Schedules work activities and manpower requirements to meet established completion dates. 
    Coordinates craft personnel, material, and equipment needed to meet schedules while adhering to budget constraints. 
    Reviews work assignments with craft supervisors and gives instruction relative to the methods and procedures to be used as well as desired results. 
    Monitors construction activities to ensure work efficiency and that quality and workmanship meet project standards and specifications.
    Basic Job Requirements
    - Needs to have 8 to 10 years of Maintenanace / Mechanical experience. 
    - 4 to 6 years experience supervising craft personnel.
