The purpose of this Domain Expert (DE)/Business Analyst (BA) is to provide analysis skills to select projects within the Design Office and Engineering Programs domain. The business scope includes both Upstream and Downstream elements and relates to applications used primarily in the delivery of Capital Projects but may include the asset engineering of Operating Assets. The BA serves as a direct interface between the business clients and the IT delivery organization. This role is focused on individual contribution but will also offer the opportunity to engage and interact with various levels of both IT and business stakeholders. Furthermore, facilitation of certain sub-teams within projects, will provide an excellent platform for personal growth opportunities.

Although the exact nature of projects may change over time, the focus of the role will be on Design Office and Engineering Programs applications. Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in selling to retailers, Wholesalers and Distributors in the Consumer Products industry is preferred.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Prior experience with Sales Force Automation systems would be a plus.

Procter & Gamble Professional is seeking a highly motivated individual to work flexible hours as a part-time Field Service Technician.  The Field Service Technician is responsible for technical support on the service and equipment side of our programs for various types of customers such as, national and regional food service, quick and full serve restaurants, hotels, and retail stores.  They are also accountable for in-store activities which include, but are not limited to:  installation and remodels of equipment that support our cleaning programs, re-active and pro-active service to our equipment. This role is part-time with working hours targeted at less than 1000 total hours during a 12-month period.

    Job Description
    Overall Purpose of Job: The purpose of this position is to manage the HSE function to create and sustain a productive work culture and safe work environment in order to avoid and minimize HSE related problems. These problems include but are not limited to human injury, environmental degradation and unsafe working conditions/practices. This is done through health, safety and environmental training, programs, and processes with a visible and uncompromised commitment to the protection of the environment as well as the productivity of the Company’s employees. Primary Job Duties/Functions: 1. HSE activities on large-scale projects, usually in terms of Total Installed Cost of $250 million to $1 billion; duties may include the calculation and control of HSE budgets, staffing requirements and schedules; preparation of certification/classification programs and the preparation of the supporting HSE documents; coordination and execution of Safety Cases and support studies; Quantitative Risk Assessments; Process Hazard Analyses; Fire Protection Specifications and Environmental Impact Assessments as required by certification or regulatory entities 2. Ensures project site adheres to company and regulatory HSE standards and guidelines 3. Conducts onsite risk assessment and mitigation 4. Manages, trains and supervises HSE employees, inspectors, nurses, medics, and other employees working in the HSE department on a project through an expert knowledge of the Company’s HSE standards, programs and goals 5. Manages the application of HSE procedures as established by the Company on a project site or in an office through departmental training. 6. Provides input for HSE permit preparation on projects by maintaining expert knowledge of current guidelines and regulations 10. Develops, customizes, and supervises the implementation of HSE programs, including project site-based HSE orientation, recognition and awards programs, to all levels of project staff to ensure a balance between productivity and the safety of project staff and visitors in accordance with applicable laws and regulations 11. Runs gap analyses to identify and address program gaps that may occur between Company practices, client requirements, and regulatory/legislative requirements in order to ensure that the project conforms to Company, client and regulatory/legislative requirements 12. Initiates, fosters and maintains HSE standards and goals through company and/or project wide HSE programs to heighten awareness and ensure a safe and productive work environment 13. Supervises the monitoring of HSE metrics in order to provides recommendations to HSE management when necessary to meet Company HSE standards and goals 14. Oversees the development of approaches and solutions to HSE-related issues including managing investigations of accidents and near-misses, summarization of findings, and recommendation of strategies to prevent recurrences; supervises proposals and the implementation of a course of action approved by the Company and the Client 15. Oversees the collection, protection and data storage related to project incidents that may result in litigation 16. Supervises the preparation, maintenance, retrieval, and communication of records, reports, or documents that may be required to meet corporate or regulatory requirements, including monitoring the application of HSE standards and goals 17. Other related duties/functions as assigned Working Conditions: 1. On-site project workspace of various conditions which may include temporary office facilities and exposure to moving, mechanical parts and vibration; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; and various levels of outside weather and/or 2.     The Electrical Field Engineer provides startup support and aftermarket service support for electrical distribution and utilization equipment. In this role, you will act as the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) factory authorized representative for switchgear, relays, transformers, motors, and drives. The Electrical Field Engineer will service and repair similar Non-GE equipment.
    In addition you will:
  • Perform on-site installation of systems and equipment and ongoing preventive maintenance, repair, and calibration after installation
  • Respond to requests for emergency repairs and services to troublesome equipment
  • Provide technical instruction and assistance to customer representatives regarding installation, operation, calibration, repair, and maintenance at customer sites
  • Develop and expand technical knowledge and expertise
  • Maintain knowledge of applicable product line warranties and accomplish effective warranty administration
  • Plan, prepare, and/or instruct both internal and external training programs as required
  • Be responsible impart and perpetuate field engineering and/or product knowledge in area of specialization
  • Perform administrative functions; Such as writing technical reports, ordering materials, securing quotations, preparing job status reports, reports to customers, time sheet and expense sheets on a complete timely, and thorough basis
  • Maintain knowledge of the report system to the extent required for timely and accurate input of field information necessary
  • Provide leadership and technical direction to skilled labor performing work on customer sites
  • Maintain strong safety mindset to assure the executed work reflects the technical requirements within GE safety standards
  • Knowledge to troubleshoot and provide routine maintenance checkout for wide range of equipment vintage
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in an Electrical Equipment Services role)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role
