Job description

This Developer role involves application development and support of Smalltalk based applications for client in Energy Sector, performing application development using Visual Age, Smalltalk ( v 8 ) and DB2 database. The Smaltalk Developer must have demonstrated full life cycle experience in multiple projects using object oriented methodology, including requirements gathering, application development, system integration testing , deployment and production support. This role requires good communication and client interaction skills with experience in Batch applications, Web applications, XML, and Web Services. Join us, join a leader. Required Bachelor's Degree At least 5 years experience in Smalltalk Development in Energy Sector At least 5 years experience in Object Oriented Life Cycle Development Methodology with experience in all phases of Object Oriented development At least 3 years experience in web application support and deployment process At least 5 years experience in Visual Age , DB2, AIX development environment At least 5 years experience in Creating Requirements document, design and test plans At least 3 years experience in Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writing At least 2 years experience in Incident, Change and Release management using ISM tool At least 2 years experience in CMMI processes English: Basic knowledge
