POSITION PURPOSE -
The Contact Center Supervisor is responsible for ensuring superior service delivery to online customers by directly supervising the daily operational activities of a team of 15 - 20 contact center associates. Leads and coaches assigned team in a manner that assures quality customer interaction, builds and retains customer relationships and is committed to the timely delivery of company products and services. Contributes to the overall success and profitability of the contact center by ensuring that assigned team meets and/or exceeds department goals and objectives.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES -
50% Directly organizes and supervises day-to-day operations and activities of a contact center team in order to achieve key performance goals.

20% Supports the building and developing of an effective and high performance team.

15% Maintains daily and weekly statistics for individual direct reports, analyzes department results, troubleshoots operational problems and completes team reports as required.

15% Identifies and analyzes escalated problems and provides guidance to direct reports for resolution. Serves as point of escalation for transactions requiring advance expertise or discernment in order to resolve complex customer issues and ensure timely follow up and customer satisfaction.

NATURE AND SCOPE -
Position reports to the Manager

Accountable for direct supervision of the work activities of others.

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS -
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.



MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS -

DPR Construction is seeking a MEP Coordinator a minimum of at least 5+ years of commercial construction experience. This individual will be ultimately responsible for the day to day coordination of all mechanical, electrical and piping of a particular project.
Coordination will be of commercial projects within our core markets: Healthcare, Advanced Technology, Biopharmaceutical and Corporate Office. MEP Coordinators will work closely with all members of the project team, Project Executives and Regional Leadership teams and will be responsible for the following:
  • Manage the owner-architect interface and planning and installation for HVAC, controls, plumbing, process piping, and fire protection design/construction coordination (validated and non-validated systems)
  • Responsible for providing construction support for MEP systems and will oversee the balancing, commissioning and validation certification of these systems, including the turnover package
  • Develop full commissioning plans for all MEP systems that identify and define the following; all test requirements, required inspections, factory start-up of major equipment, factory acceptance testing, project and vendor documentation requirements and integrated test plans demonstrating full system integration

Description

The associate will provide world-class customer service to our client base. Responsibilities Include:

· Adheres to product specific guidelines, procedures, and best practices. Perform pro-active and reactive maintenance according to established procedures.

· Maintains a current information repository of divisional resource skills and geographic limitations.

· Partners with other Schedule & Dispatch Specialists within a Geography to source and share additional corrective maintenance resources across the division for effective resource utilization.

· Basic understanding of account base including customer contacts and basic equipment architecture of major accounts. Tracking on going corrective maintenance issues on turnover and maintaining continuity.

· Must have knowledge of Microsoft Product suite including Outlook, Word and Excel. Knowledge of Oracle/CSI logging systems and other service delivery applications.

· Ability to develop action plans for remedial issues.

Responsible for managing a team of Internal Control Leads with emphasis on Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 404 as well as other applicable financial regulations. The job focus is on all aspects of SOX 404 including the planning, risk assessments, documentation, execution, toll gate reporting and post review follow up to ensure resolution of any identified issues. The position involves interaction across the business and entails working with a team of Internal Control Managers.
  • Manage a team of Internal Control Leads.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to offshore resources.
  • Manage the SOX 404 program for GE Capital Retail Bank, including annual risk assessment and scoping, control testing, tracking and reporting of deficiencies.
  • Review and sign off on all completed SOX and finance related process documentation (process maps, risk control matrices, test scripts). Provide on-going feedback to team members.
  • Ensure all control deficiencies are properly vetted with the process owners prior to reporting
  • Utilize CAP (change acceleration process) tools and personal network to influence stakeholders and related affiliates to implement necessary process modifications to meet regulatory needs.
  • Provide interpretation and guidance to Internal Control Leads and process owners regarding key risks, key controls, bank policy and proposed process changes.
  • Interpret and publish Internal Control Testing and Monitoring results to leaders in the Bank and Businesses.
  • Review results of Internal Control Testing and Monitoring with stakeholders and discuss viable solutions to close gaps.
  • Track any corrective action plans that come from the Internal Control Testing and Monitoring, internal audit or regulatory audits.
  • Bachelors degree in business, finance, or accounting, plus 6+ years work experience in financial services industry
  • 3+ years of experience in internal control or internal audit, including SOX experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications

    This position is responsible for providing Software process and automation (tools) leadership for Configuration Management (CM) within a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-site environment.
