Description
Apple
is centralizing and unifying many business processes across the
enterprise so business units can function effectively and efficiently
while maintaining their growth rate. Apple's Identity Management (IdM)
platform supports the ability to host varied and complex business
processes. Apple's IdM group is looking for a Solutions Architect to
lead their business process and application on-boarding into the state
of the art workflow, approval, rules and provisioning platform.
Candidates must have hands-on experience with developing complex
application architecture in a multi-tiered environment. We are seeking
self-motivated individual who can thrive in an Agile environment while
leading a group of teams to devise effective and timely solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Interact with project management, technical infrastructure, platform
architecture, release engineering and QA
• Analyze authentication, authorization and provisioning requirements
for applications being on-boarded
• Propose technical and functional infrastructure enhancements to
support on-boarding of complex or custom solutions
* Perform design, code and test case review for all applications being
on-boarded
• Develop further expertise in the domain of registration, workflow,
approval, rules, authorization and provisioning
• Participate in architecture, technology and functional review of other
subsystems within the RAMP platform
Education
• A strong computer science background with an advanced degree
Technical Skills:
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale enterprise application development using Java/J2EE technologies
• Knowledge and experience with workflow, approval, rules and provisioning engines
• Java, J2EE, SQL, JSP/Servlets
• JDBC, LDAP, HTTP, HTTPS
• WebServices, REST, XML, JSON
• Object/Data Modeling, Design Patterns
• Spring, Hibernate, JBoss, Apache, Jetty
Non-Technical Skills:
• Strong judgment, oral and written communication, and leadership skills
• Ability of drive decisions, influence change and resolve conflicts effectively
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Ability to determine pragmatic technical solutions to complex business problems
Desirable Skills:
• 6+ years of experience with complex authorization models
• Experience with Agile and Test-driven development
• Knowledge of ETL, Data Synchronization processes
