Job Summary

The Productivity Applications team is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Producer to manage the production of uniquely creative and beautiful in-application content for the desktop and iPad.

Description

This candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of the content production process, facilitating design development, and securing third parties and vendors. We are looking for a highly organized, results-oriented individual with extensive experience managing design production on a software team and/or with a creative design/ad agency. Oversees and updates production schedules with design. Communicates and negotiates dates and milestones with cross functional team members, including project management, engineering, quality assurance, and upper-level management Manages budgets, schedules, and agreements with external agencies Knows at all times the health of projects, risks and implications to timelines Manages meetings and design reviews. Captures key ideas, decisions, issues, and action items in meeting notes. Communicates status, development, and impending or projected deliverables Documentation, including process documentation and deliverable specifications. These may be standalone documents like specs, or collaborative, iterative documents like wiki sites Constantly improving processes and communications in an ever-changing, fast-paced working environment

Education

Requires a Bachelors Degree with 3 to 6 years Project Management/Producer experience demonstrating increasing levels of project management responsibilities. Creative/Design background is a plus.
