| We are looking for an IBM Rational IT Specialist who will work
closely with the IBM Rational Sales and the Technical Team to solve all
technical related matters for our customers during pre-sales progression
and post-sales deployment. This exciting position requires that you
understand customer's business needs as well as the IBM Rational
software product portfolio. Your major goal is to deliver and develop technical activities to our customer like • design, discuss and implement tooling and process solution architectures based on customer needs • perform discussions/presentations with technical oriented end users, project managers up to business managers. • perform presales demonstrations, proof of technologies and proof of concepts • support training and consulting in post-sales tool and process deployment situations • support marketing events Specific Responsibilities include: • Articulate technical benefits of IBM's IT portfolio products, solutions and services to all levels in customer's organization Identifying client’s business and technical requirements • Support sales in developing technical strategy for the engagement with the client. • Developing and delivering effective Senior Management presentations, whiteboards and demonstrations. • Facilitating and delivering customer demonstrations on products and solutions; web-ex and through live sales calls. • Assisting with RFP/RFI's, and other technical questionnaires. • Attend trade shows, sales calls, seminars, events, etc., as the technical expert of Rational solutions, and prototyping activities. • Build and maintain relationships with key decisions makers and influencers on the client side. Key Attributes: • Skills in Configuration, Build and Release Management that is able to sell Build and Release Automation solutions. • Agile Planning skills and knowledge. • Technical experience with IBM Rational software or similar/competitive non IBM Software • Experiences with software development methodologies • Leadership and effective teamwork skills • Communication (written and verbal), presentation and interpersonal skills. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
