The Clinical Account Specialist (CAS) will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians and EP Lab Staff on the effective use of BWI’s systems and catheter equipment (e.g., The CARTO® System and appropriate software modules including CARTOMERGE™, CARTOSOUND ™ and the Stockert RF generator) during case procedures within an assigned geography, and in a manner that leads to meeting and exceeding business goals. Educate customers on all BWI products to optimize effective usage by providing technical and clinical information and in-service trainings. Shares best practices to increase value for customers. Use consultative selling techniques to identify potential sales opportunities within the account. Creates awareness of BWI solutions and facilitates Territory Sales Manager (TM) contact with the key decision makers to drive incremental business. Maximize customer case support capability through proper planning and scheduling techniques. Drive collaboration and maintain consistent, open lines of communication across the assigned responsibilities with the local team/Pod (i.e. TM and other CAS), as well as the support team (i.e. Ultrasound CAS, FSE, RBD) and other internal and external partners. Develop and share best practices with US Field Sales and Service colleagues and internal partners. Develop and grow mutually beneficial customer relationships within and beyond the EP lab, including, but not limited to physicians, nurses and technicians, clinical and hospital administrators and staff.

The CAS will also stay current on company products instructions for use (IFU), best practices and technical troubleshooting, as well as relevant scientific clinical literature and new product information. Prioritize and appropriately respond to requests in a high-stress environment. Maintain composure and problem solving focus during stressful interactions. Engage in diagnostic dialogue with multiple internal and external business partners and stakeholders. Formulate solutions based on dialogue and input gained during session. Provide mentoring for new BWI commercial team members as requested. Respond daily to requests by email and voicemail from customers, practitioners and partners.

Additional duties include performing administrative work, including managing account documentation, compliance training requirements, expense reporting, and Company system input. Maintaining Safe Fleet standards according to Company guidelines. Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level. Responsible for ensuring subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition. Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures. Performs other duties assigned as needed.

Qualifications


A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience is required. A minimum of 2 years experience in a clinical EP or IC laboratory or operating room environment is required. Echocardiography or Electrophysiology lab experience or attended an accredited EC or EP program and successfully completed the Company’s ACAS program is preferred. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required. Must successfully complete all Company training programs and pass the Company certification process, as well as all customer mandated and vendor credentialing requirements.

Maintaining at least one of the following industry certifications - IBHRE, RCES for EP CAS role is strongly preferred. Will be required to maintain advanced clinical knowledge of cardio ablation and cardio imaging, technical knowledge of EP technology, advancements, and the business landscape. Maintain clinical knowledge of healthcare industry, disease states, and therapeutic and institutional trends.

Must be willing and able to travel up to 40% overnight locally, regionally, and nationally. Required to work in a laboratory setting near or with heavy equipment, ability to lift 60 lbs., and wear protective gear (i.e. lead aprons). Preference will be given to candidates living within 30 miles of the posted geography.

Job Description

The Service Manager (LO) 1 assists the Store Manager and/or the Service Manager (LO) 2 in positioning the store team for success. Responsibilities may include assisting with hiring, training, coaching and developing a highly engaged service team. He/she must be able and willing to fill in for the Store Manager (or Service Manager LO 2) role when necessary. The Service Manager (LO) 1 should be effective at observing, coaching, and providing feedback to the sales team to ensure consistent team performance and excellent customer satisfaction. In addition, he/she must demonstrate excellence at managing complex customer concerns and transactions. The Service Manager (LO) 1 consistently ensures compliance with all operational regulations, sales and service processes, policies and procedures, and completion of compliance requirements. The Service Manager (LO) 1 is a working manager where greater than 50% of his\her primary duties are spent in non-management responsibilities. These duties include teller and lead teller functions, individual cash handling, assisting with effective scheduling, managing the Teller line, lobby management, and delegating essential tasks to ensure operational integrity while creating a positive customer experience. The Service Manager (LO) 1 serves as a model for the Wells Fargo Customer Experience culture while embracing diversity and maintaining ethics and integrity.

 

Basic Qualifications

1+ years experience interacting with customers. 1+ years of banking experience. Effective January 1, 2014, persons in this position must meet the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau loan originator qualification requirements and must comply with Wells Fargo policies related to these requirements.  The loan originator qualification requirements include meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, credit fitness and criminal background standards.  Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening.

 

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to attend to the details of the job. Ability to communicate effectively in writing, such as using proper grammar and spelling and/or conveying thoughts and ideas in clear and concise manner. Ability to speak clearly, succinctly, and accurately using a pleasant tone while using common conversational courtesies. Ability to work a schedule that includes working weekends and some holidays. Normal work schedules typically fall between 7AM - 6PM.

Job description
We are looking for an IBM Rational IT Specialist who will work closely with the IBM Rational Sales and the Technical Team to solve all technical related matters for our customers during pre-sales progression and post-sales deployment. This exciting position requires that you understand customer's business needs as well as the IBM Rational software product portfolio.

Your major goal is to deliver and develop technical activities to our customer like
• design, discuss and implement tooling and process solution architectures based on customer needs
• perform discussions/presentations with technical oriented end users, project managers up to business managers.
• perform presales demonstrations, proof of technologies and proof of concepts
• support training and consulting in post-sales tool and process deployment situations
• support marketing events

Specific Responsibilities include:
• Articulate technical benefits of IBM's IT portfolio products, solutions and services to all levels in customer's organization Identifying client’s business and technical requirements
