Our Energy & Utilities Customer Experience Strategy Managing Consultants help clients achieve new and sustainable business value by formulating customer strategies, managing change, and setting direction for new transformations and customer-focused business models. Working collaboratively with clients, the Customer Experience Strategy Consultant analyzes large data sets to create actionable customer strategies, develops and manages roadmaps to execute on the customer strategy, and manages customer segmentation solutions. This Customer Experience Strategy Managing Consultant must have broad consulting experience in the following key areas: Since the majority of our consulting work is done at our client sites, up to 75% US and global travel may be required.
