Job description

Provides courteous and timely answers to varied and complex questions about computer hardware, software, and multimedia technologies. Provides video production and audio-visual equipment support to departments and individuals. Must work well in team environments and communicate well with clients on a day to day basis. This Job role could require up to 90% travel - Domestic & International Demonstrated expertise on equipment relative to specialty area. Examples include up-to-date knowledge of Macintosh and/or Windows operating systems, digital video cameras, video editing, mobile devices, video conferencing and audio setups, lavalier mic setup, lighting, chroma keying, etc. Demonstrates and maintains expertise on software relevant to specialty area. Must have solid knowledge of digital media conversion, video streaming and broadcasting.

Required High School Diploma/GED At least 5 years experience in Video Production Readiness to travel 75% travel annually English: Fluent

Preferred Bachelor's Degree
