Job description
The G450C Wafer/Clean Process Engineer duties will include, but not be limited to: • Implementing and developing 450mm processes to support tool evaluation and process qualification in the CNSE’s Global 450 Consortium process line. • Provide technical guidance and contributions to develop 450mm unit operations that meet G450C needs. • Familiar with SEMI wafer standards. • Work with wafer suppliers to establish performance metrics and reports. • Provide regular analysis of 450mm wafer quality performance, roadmap and continuous improvement projects. • Provide improvement inputs on G450C wafer quality and handling - including wafer grade classification, recycling, regeneration system and manufacturing execution system. • Process development on both FEOL and BEOL clean engineering across a wide range of technology development projects. • Prepare necessary weekly, monthly and/or annual reports to maintain compliance with onsite permits, registrations and licenses. • Prepare for and participate in audits, inspections, and develop/guide/assist in resolution of findings. • Other reasonable duties as assigned.
Required
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 8 years experience in Semiconductor Process Engineering
  • Readiness to travel 10% travel annually
  • English: Intermediate
Preferred
  • Master's Degree in Engineering
  • At least 10 years experience in Semiconductor Process Engineering
  • English : Fluent
Additional information
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, The ability to interface and influence a broad range of stakeholders knowledge of, and ability to apply, statistical methods to validate equipment performance. Proven experience with defining requirements for, and unit-level qualification of, advanced (<45nm node) equipment is required. Experienced qualifying equipment. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work/partner with Global teams
