What You'll Do/Need
A Team Leader leads a focused team of technology professionals to deliver sound technical solutions. The Team Leader's largest client is their team. They provide the tools and training to help the team succeed and grow. The Team Leader will facilitate the communication between the business and their team to help set and follow through with priorities. They set the direction for the team. 

In this role the Team Leader may focus half of their time on using their technical expertise and the other half on growing and developing their team members. The Storage Team is responsible for high availability SAN and backup environment in an increasingly fast-paced and growing environment.

Requirements
  • Two years of IT or mortgage work experience or equivalent experience with an understanding of  a specific area of technology
  • Understand complex total cost of ownership (TCO) models to drive cost down and improve efficiencies on the storage platform
  • Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Three or more years of experience as a team leader
  • Three or more years of leading Storage/SAN/Backup Teams
  • Five or more years of supporting Storage/Backup Environment
