Role Responsibility
Responsible for analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solution for the customers based on their specifications and business needs. Responsible for short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson by being part of or work closely with the Core 3 team to translate the customer needs, and technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions and proposals.
This role will also be responsible oversight and governance of the Off/Shore Cost Driver providing services to Sprint Engineering teams.
Daily activities include working with the customer regional director and market managers as their SPOC and advocate to the offshoreteam to drive RF Service Assurance issues that affect market performance.
Provide technical solutions and service offerings to enhance GSI value to the customer.
Drive new business opportunities through the MSCOO and CU sales organization.
Ensure budget compliance and profitability for the region

Technical Competences
Position requires strong ALU, Samsung, or Ericsson RAN product knowledge in both 1xrtt and LTE.
Strong understanding of end-to-end wireless operations.
