Senior Sales Executive

WSH is looking to hire a senior sales executive in its Woburn, MA office to expand the sales team, reporting to the EVP Sales and Marketing. This person will be responsible for generating and qualifying opportunities, demonstrating WSH offerings, managing sales cycles and closing deals.

Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years selling data services, research or software solutions into the institutional investment management community
- Understanding of equity and options markets and trading desks
- Demonstrated success in achieving quota and sales goals
- Proven ability to manage all aspects of the sales process including targeting new opportunities, identifying key decision-makers, penetrating new accounts, delivering sales presentations and product demos, writing proposals, and closing sales.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated individual able to work within an agile and entrepreneurial company
- Experience with Salesforce.com, LinkedIn and Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelors’ Degree required
- Approx.20% travel (mostly to New York and Chicago)
