Inbound and Outbound WFA Investment Resource Cons 1:
Responsible for Brokerage sales and promotion of Wells Fargo products by meeting goals of opening brokerage and banking accounts as well as referring business to appropriate business partners. The majority of time is spent on outbound dialing campaigns following up on internal lead referrals and marketing leads OR handling inbound sales calls for Wealth and Brokerage and/or refers to other Wells Fargo business groups by successfully assessing client s needs to determine appropriate investment or product channels. Generates and funds WellsTrade accounts and profiles clients to determine appropriate cross-sell opportunities. Learns about other Wells Fargo products through business partners and training to ensure effective profiling of clients and referrals. Educates WellsTrade clients on product features and website functionality. Utilizes technology to record and track client information. Responsible for effectively managing the work list to deliver exceptional service and to meet sales objectives. Remains in compliance with all standards, procedures and regulations. May work on miscellaneous projects as assigned.
Basic Qualifications 6+ months sales and/or customer service experience. NASD Series 7 and (63 or 66) licenses required
Minimum Qualifications Demonstrated ability to listen, elicit information efficiently, comprehend and resolve complex customer issues. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of banking products and services. Strong PC skills including ability to troubleshoot common problems and navigate the internet and intranet.
Brokerage experience with an emphasis in Brokerage Sales.
Series 7 licensing is required for this role and if an individual does not hold the series 63, this will be required to be obtained in 90 days of employment.
Needs to be flexible Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:30am-8:30pm and must be able to work Saturdays.
Preferred Skills Undergraduate Degree in Finance or EconomicsRelevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service men and women.
