Design, maintain, implement, enhance, and customize the Healthcare
Learning System as required by business and customer needs globally
• Liaise with GE global colleagues and functional program managers to meet business requirements • Generate and maintain cross business partnerships for HLS implementations to support business and customer needs • Drive a self-funding model for HLS customization and enhancement • Identify, assess and select appropriate HLS enhancement projects based on business and customer requirements • Manage implementation and integration projects with HLS and education integrated platforms • Manage and negotiate vendor contracts • Develop and track metrics to assess issues and resolution and potential enhancement opportunities • Benchmark and adopt industry trends with a particular emphasis on technology solutions related to web-based learning delivery | |

Bachelors in one of the following or similar disciplines: Computer
Science, Information Systems Management, Project Management,
Instructional Design, Education, Business
• LMS implementation and/or enhancement project management experience • Understanding of LMS functionality and features • System implementation project management experience • Experience with database implementation and management • Experience in global and cross-cultural work environment • Experience with the administration and configuration of complex systems • Ability/willingness to work varied hours based on global requirements • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in compressed timeframes • Demonstrates a sense of urgency to achieve measurable outcomes • Ability to convert business objectives to action - balance conceptual vision with tangible accomplishments • Ability to think strategically and influence decisions with key business leaders • Ability to assess needs, create a clear vision, set ambitious goals and inspire others to move in a well-defined direction • Willingness to submit to a background investigation, including verification of past employment, criminal history and educational background • Willingness to travel up to 10%; including overnight stays when needed • Willingness to take a drug test • Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States | |
