The job description is as follows:

The National Account Executive is responsible for assisting with growing the company’s business through developing and attaining new client contracts and supporting client facilities.
Responsibilities:
  • Contacts new leads to introduce the advantages of CompHealth’s services
  • Partners with Consultants with acquiring new accounts
  • Responds to clients’ inquiries regarding services the company provides
  • Generates and sends company information and marketing materials to potential clients
  • Leverage current relationships to grow business across specialties and gain access to large health systems
  • Develop new business for multiple specialties and customize service to fit client needs
  • Assists with increasing profitability of contracts by improving rates and business terms
  • Demonstrate clear understanding of various types of Health Care delivery systems and put plans in place to address customer needs as requested
  • Interface with teams and departments regarding client needs
  • Maintain and update client information in database
  • Uses consultative selling techniques to develop value proposition strategies
  • Work with CHG corporate business development team to negotiate and submit RFP responses
  • Maintain oversight of accounts to ensure client satisfaction and building high level relationships
  • Works with Consultants with regards to marketing trends of healthcare providers
  • Travels to visit clients, when necessary
  • Meets daily and weekly goals as set by supervisor
  • Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
  • Professional level written and oral communication skills
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent computer knowledge, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Experience and Education:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the direct sales of professional products or services
  • Experience in sales of healthcare products or services
  • Experience successfully influencing mid to high level decision makers for contracting of professional business services or products
  • Experience with contractual language and terms
Preferred Skills:
  • Ability to understand and interpret financial data
  • Ability to be persuasive and influential in verbal and written communication
  • Communicate in an understandable manner
  • Ability to devise and execute work goals independently
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Ability to integrate individual efforts to team objectives and processes
  • Ability to manage multiple details in an organized and efficient manner
