Our SuccessWay Co-op Program provides you with the opportunity to
experience real work experience various functions and
develop collaboration, organizational and prioritizing skills, while
giving you a strong understanding of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
industry, as well as the P&G culture.
The P&G SuccessWay Co-op Program offers best in class, paid
administrative cooperative experiences to local students currently
enrolled in Associates or Bachelor’s degree programs. Given impactful
work objectives that are linked with the company’s overall vision,
co-ops are able to add value to the company during their very first
weeks of employment. Co-op’s also have the opportunity to network and
collaborate with corporate professionals in the Cincinnati area as well
as gain exposure to different types of work within the P&G.
As participants in the P&G SuccessWay Co-op Program, students
are managed, coached and developed by top performing administrative and
management employees. As a result, co-ops are embedded in the P&G
culture and learn a tremendous amount about the skills necessary for
success.
The following skills are also required for success in any co-op role:
· Ability to learn quickly
· Attention to detail
· Ability to multi-task
At P&G, our SuccessWay Co-op Program is a source for
administrative full-time hires. Co-op sessions are considered temporary
employment, with a predicted ending point. No full-time employment
commitments are made upon graduation from the SuccessWay program. Former
co-ops receive a competitive compensation and benefits package upon
returning to P&G full time.
Qualifications
To be considered for participation in the SuccessWay Co-op Program, the following qualification must be met:
· Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program.
· Declared major in a Business or General Studies related area.
· Completed at least one term or semester of classes
· GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
· Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Availability to work 40 hours per week during the session
· Preferably available for a 40 week co-op session (September – May)
