We are and will continue to grow leveraging our award winning portfolio of brands to delight just one more salon, stylist and client every day. We are looking for an experienced marketing manager to drive the core color, care & styling business in partnership with our top customers.
 
This position is a fast paced, customer focused delivery role.  Being in-touch with top customers, the sales organization and the brand delivery teams is key to enabling execution excellence. In this role you will lead the thinking to deliver best-in-class customer specific topspin plans across all brands, including new product launches and base business support.  In addition, this individual will develop breakthrough customer specific programs to deliver business above and beyond the base.  Secondarily, this role will also have responsibilities for reporting and analysis of total portfolio programs and coaching and mentoring a marketing specialist.
 
 

Qualifications

 
  •  Bachelor's Degree Business - Marketing
  •  MBA a plus
  • 5+  years relevant brand marketing experience
  • Significant industry experience 
  •  Demonstrated strategic and creative problem solving
  •  A passion for beauty and Salon Professional Industry experience is a plus
  •  Demonstrated Leadership, collaboration and communication skills
  •  Highly organized, operates with discipline while still be flexible to  accommodate customers
  • Strong analytical thinker who can also integrate intangible knowledge to make a decision
  • Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient knowledge of Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) tools and evolving digital marketing vehicles
  • Basic knowledge of selling principles
  • Minimal travel
