We
are looking for a Director of Recruiting, Pivotal reporting to the VP
of HR. This is a highly visible executive responsible for leading all
aspects of Talent Acquisition. The position is based in San Mateo, CA.
GENERAL SUMMARY
The
Director of Recruitment is responsible for designing and implementing
recruiting initiatives to support the growth of the company. The
Director of Recruiting will align these talent strategies & programs
end to end - from college recruiting, branding, and sourcing to
ensuring the best possible on boarding and candidate experience.
This
Director of Recruiting will provide leadership to the Global Talent
Acquisition team and work closely with our HR HR Business Partners. We
believe alignment of talent programs in this manner gives us a
competitive advantage in ensuring that people can continue to grow their
careers and skills, while helping Pivotal lead the industry.
This
Director of Recruiting should be a passionate leader with demonstrated
success in attracting key new talent. They should have a solid track
record of building and motivating high performance teams.
