Sales
- Support the creation of customized, retailer-specific selling
stories leveraging all available selling materials & enablers
provided by HQ.
- Contribute to innovation sell-in by presenting consumer/category story and retailer sku optimization recommendations.
- Create and complete sales reporting scorecards which provide actionable insights for the Sales team and the customer.
- Maintain space management support, focusing on Kroger division
stores, working closely with sales leads, Category Management team, and
Kroger.
- Able to complete planogram proposals to support new item sell-in, product flow recommendations, and space reallocation.
- Must be familiar with Apollo/JDA Analyzer tool in order to develop pre and post POG change analysis.
- Analyze & present post-promotion analyses for retailer, quantifying impact to brand and category.
- Teamwork is essential in this role, as this person will work very
closely with the account sales leads, other supporting bottlers in the
retailers area, as well as the retailer
- Drive brand and category growth by implementing best-in-class solutions.
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years' work experience; CPG industry preferred
- Category Management or Insights expertise
- Understanding of IRI/Nielsen syndicated data, Consumer Panel Information and Shopper Sights
- Strong organization, communication, math, and problem solving skills
- Comfortable presenting ideas and concepts to groups of varying
seniority and levels within an organization; ability to contribute in a
cross-functional team environment.
- Proficiency in data extraction, analysis and presentation creation/delivery is a must
- Experience with Kroger's internal POS system a plus
- Knowledge of DSD and/or Beverage Industry
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 10% of the time
