This is a senior position for a Software Professional in the RNAM Customer Adaptation Center (CAC) in Plano, TX organization.

This is a senior position for a Software Professional in the RNAM Customer Adaptation Center (CAC) in Plano, TX organization.
Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent.
- More than 10 years Telecoms/IT experience, with a substantial amount of experience in the area of Software Architecture, Design, Development, Team Lead and Pre Sales Solution.
- Strong knowledge and experience analyzing, designing, and implementing concurrent, distributed, scalable, real time and highly available systems, that are maintainable and cost conscious.
- Perform customer solution requirements analysis and translate into detailed software requirements.
- Strong hands-on experience of programming in Java, J2EE
- Knowledge of Web Services technologies such as Rest, SOA, SOAP, WSDL and XML.
- Strong knowledge of developing software for UNIX (Solaris) and Linux
- Expertise in architecting and implementing scalable, modular, distributed and highly available database systems (ex. Oracle, SQL)
- Experience with Big Data, Data Analytics (Hadoop etc)
- Experience working with multisite, multi country, diversified design team
- Well versed with Project Management methodologies and Software development life-cycle and Software Quality processes
- Domain knowledge of OSS (Operation Support System) or BSS (Business Support System) is a plus
- Engage in technical conversations with customers to identify the best custom SW solution for their problem.
- Design architecture to be used for the customer solution that considers cost, performance, availability, maintainability, scalability and reusability.
