- Education - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Must have minimum of 5 years in design and development using Java-related technologies/frameworks such as: Java, J2EE, Web Services, JSP, etc
- Strong consulting skills and experience on customer-driven development projects
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Experience working in Agile/SCRUM project environment
- Telecom and/or IT Industry experience
- Knowledge in portal development technologies such as CSS, HTML 5, JavaScript is a definite asset
- Knowledge of Ericsson products and platforms (MSDP, M2M, ECE) or similar is a definite asset
- Formation : baccalauréat ou maîtrise en génie, informatique ou l'équivalent
- Minimum de cinq années d’expérience en conception et développement à l'aide des technologies et cadres de travail Java (Java, J2EE, Web Services, JSP, etc.)
- Solides qualités de consultant concernant des projets de développement axés sur le client
- Leadership éprouvé
- Expérience au sein d'un environnement de projet Agile et Scrum
- Expérience au sein de l’industrie des télécommunications et-ou de l’informatique
- Maîtrise des technologies de développement de portail, comme CSS, HTML 5 et JavaScript, un atout certain
- Maîtrise des produits et plateformes Ericsson (MSDP, M2M, ECE) ou similaires, un atout certain
