Description

Data Center Software sales team under 3SO is looking for an experienced Software Sales Manager. In this position, you will be managing existing and new relationships with ISVs, OEMs and Internet Data Centers. Working closely with DSD, DCG, SMG, technical marketing and engineering teams. You will focus on Intel's power management solutions and the integration of Intel SW middleware stacks into third party Data center & cloud software management consoles and driving industry sales and marketing programs to accelerate the product adoption. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Sales Revenue targets
- Develop business models and deliver pricing to ISVs, OEMs and End users
- Close the SW deal and drive the contracts and invoices with End users, ISVs and OEMs.
- Deliver regular sales pipeline update in front GM & VP.
- Represent the product team during product demo’s and selling situations which showcase Intel power management technologies.
- Delivering webinars and training sessions at industry forums and sales meetings which highlight Intel power management.
-Supporting proof of concepts underway.
- Work with Licensee Channels and major OEM customers to plan and execute product go to market programs. Provide training; build strategic business alliance and provide direct support to significant projects and/or customers
- Individual contributor initially with potential growth to manager depending on business development experience

Qualifications

You should possess a Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Marketing and/or Science or Engineering with at least five years of working experience in IT industry. An M.B.A. degree is preferred. Additional qualifications include:
- Proven experience in sales and business development and product marketing.
- Good understanding of software technologies/solution products
- Strong ability of communication with internal stakeholders and external clients
- experience in data center & cloud solution sales would be preferred
- Proficiency in communicating (speaking and writing) in English
