Responsible
for the coordination of all sales order efforts between manufacturing,
sales operations, global revenue operations and channel partner
management. Also responsible for processing and tracking all sales
orders coming into the plant to ensure they ship on time.
- Proficient
in processing sales orders (revenue and internal by model) through
production to meet internal and external customer demand.
- May
provides guidance/direction to production cells regarding sales order
priority, engineering change orders (ECOs), technical change orders
(TCOs), product ship authorization (PSAs) and quality issues.
- May interface with Sales Operations to manage expedited orders (Corp Hot)
- May need assistance in processing non-standard shipment of product (Day 32 and blue sheet)
- May utilize ACE to generate configuration sheets and test files for incoming sales orders
- May utilize SAP reports to manage bookings, backlog (descending dollar report), shipments and end of quarter metrics reporting
