Manages a production services contract associated with the production and mailing of Retail Finance customer billing statements, letters and credit cards. Key member of a team that oversees and executes a rigorous governance program of outsource vendor.

  •  Develops and maintains relationships with business teams, operations teams, client teams, IT teams and other stakeholders to ensure contractual compliance across the Production Services Agreement (PSA).

  •  Develops and maintains relationships with key vendor points of contact.

  •  Integral participant in contract negotiations. Ensures contract addendums are completed and financial impact is documented and understood across the business.

  •  Creates and communicates contract summaries and traceability matrixes and provides updates as necessary.

  •  Responsible for completion of all required Supplier Risk Assessments and documentation and drives assessment remediation plans as needed.

  •  Assists with the implementation of rigor and processes required to ensure the governance of the contract meets audit and examiner requirements.
Basic Requirements:
  • 1) Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of Operations experience OR 2) in lieu of degree High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of IT, credit card industry operational experience and vendor management programs and contract negotiations experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of credit card industry operational experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Operations, Marketing, Sourcing, IT, vendor management programs and/or contract negotiations

  • Eligibility Requirements :
  • MUST be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
