While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; hear and talk; use close vision; and use hands to type.

  • Interact with suppliers (dealerships, national accounts and independent garages) utilizing mechanical expertise to negotiate maintenance and repair cost savings and warranties for Fleet customers
  • Answer incoming calls to validate issues, repair history and pricing
  • Initiate and execute best practice sharing and process improvements with team
  • High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years automotive industry experience as auto mechanic, service writer, or other similar technical capacity.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook or comparable software application.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong background in the automotive field
  • Accurate typing skills and ease with using multiple computer applications simultaneously
  • Flexible to work varying schedule to meet the needs of a 24/7/365 call center and may require working evenings, weekends or holidays
  • Automotive ASE certification
  • Fluent Spanish speaker
