maintenance of Fleet vehicles in a professional inbound / outbound

While
performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is
frequently required to sit; hear and talk; use close vision; and use
hands to type.
Interact with suppliers (dealerships, national accounts and
independent garages) utilizing mechanical expertise to negotiate
maintenance and repair cost savings and warranties for Fleet customers
Answer incoming calls to validate issues, repair history and pricing
Initiate and execute best practice sharing and process improvements with team
High
School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years automotive industry
experience as auto mechanic, service writer, or other similar technical
capacity.
Experience with Microsoft Suite including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook or comparable software application.
