What You'll Do
As a Crop Insurance Specialist for John
Deere Financial, you will serve as an expert for all aspects of the crop
insurance business cycle for an assigned territory of agents. You will
deliver optimum technical support, training and service to John Deere
Insurance Company (JDIC) channel partners on a regional basis.
Additionally you will:
- Manage agency data in a timely and accurate manner for assigned
territory to ensure maximum A & O reimbursement for the company.
- Ensure assigned territory of agents comply with policy provisions, JDIC business practices and procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to guidelines for all processes such as
claim payments, coverage changes, overpaid indemnity, refunds and the
written agreement workflow.
- Lead teams to update processes and procedures as needed.
- Serve as the subject matter expert by answering policy questions that require procedural interpretation.
- Serve as subject matter expert regarding IT project prioritization.
- Write IT project development request requirements for new and existing products and services and participate on project teams.
- Provide system deployment, training and technical system
support to assigned territory. Provide secure system access,
installation support and diagnosis/repair of system problems.
- Assist management or less senior Insurance Specialists in
evaluating and responding to coverage and claim disputes, late data and
requests to change initial data received via the internal Administrative
Review process.
- Monitor agent performance and conduct Quality Assurance reviews
- Participate on Regional Quality Service team.
