customers! In this important role, you'll be responsible for taking
in-bound calls from our customers who have questions or concerns about
billing and/or programming. Successful candidates will be able to
determine the wants, interests, and needs of each customer to identify
the best solution in the interest of providing an outstanding and
personalized customer experience.
Customer Service Representatives are scheduled on a shift basis.
Our hours of operations are from 5:45am to 11:00pm – 7 days a week.
Occasional overtime, some holidays and other shifts as required.

recommend that you use a high speed internet connection and if using a
