What You'll Do
As a Claims Analyst for John Deere Financial, located
in Johnston, IA, you will manage the daily processing of basic to
medium complexity claims in assigned territories. In addition, you will:
- Serve as an expert resource for all field staff on Multiple Peril Crop Insurance and private product insurance.
- Provide technical expertise for all loss related software and internet programs to the related channels.
- Assist management in evaluating adjuster proficiency.
- Assist in the development and delivery of claims management training to field staff.
- Resolving problems with claims with all Channel partners, such as RMA data reconciliation, IT, JDIC Compliance and agents.
What It Takes
We need an excellent communicator, both verbal and written, who
thrives on solving problems and working in a team environment. Ideally,
you will have a degree in business or an agricultural sciences
discipline or a minimum of 1-3 years of crop insurance experience. We
also require:
- Knowledge of the basics of crop insurance statutes and regulations, both Federal and Private.
- Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and intranet applications.
- Ability to perform complex functions, understand principles, and teach others.
