Act as incident Manager Lead and triage and resolve complex production
incidents for resolution within agreed upon Service Level Agreement
(SLAs).
• Investigate and triage incidents and problems and drive resolution with partners, vendors and technical teams. • Drive root cause for Problem resolution of any production incidents. Escalate to ACBS build team any incidents which require development in order to implement permanent fix. • Provide evidence and participate in all governance, risk, a compliance initiatives and audits • Communicate and manage critical notifications to all partners, and technical teams. • Schedule and coordinate maintenance, job batch scheduling, and end of month/quarter/year activities • Assists in defining, implementing, and maintaining the application-specific blueprints, life-cycle plans, and roadmaps. • Defines detailed functional and technical specifications required to satisfy business requirements for programs, projects, and releases required to satisfy business requirements. • Manage multiple projects and initiatives to deliver on time and within resource constraints. • Communicates design, functional, and technical specifications to developer. • Provides assistance in solution planning and estimating of programs and projects. • Assists in estimating tasks, reporting status and completing work assignments in a timely fashion. | |
| • Bachelors degree in Computer Science (or 4 years equivalent working experience) with 5+ years of IT experience
• 8+ years of experience with LANSA; Lansa integrator, Lansa for the Web on an AS400; able to read and debug Lansa code and functions. • 5+ years ACBS ver 6.x experience in AS400 / Citrix infrastructure • 5+ years of ACBS experience with DLO; DLS-e; ROA; Statements and Notices; EOD Processing; Interfaces to/from ACBS to other external applications • 5+ years Windows Server experience, specifically with setting up and configuring IIS services, HTTP, FTP, and html and XML processes. | |
