    As a New Relationship Development (NRD) Manager, you will manage the entire sales process within a diversified market of customers. You will be responsible to solicit new business and / or retain and penetrate existing business, in order to drive growth and ensure that key business metrics are achieved. This Dallas, TX based role will build a network of relationships with customers /external contacts to better understand prospective customer business models.
  • Grow book of business by managing the sales process including prospecting, making sales calls and presenting features, advantages and benefits of products in order to close new customer deals.
  • Work with sales colleagues to develop strategic account plans that drive retention, penetration, profitability and growth of existing accounts.
  • Forecast sales opportunities and execute sales strategy to ensure that growth and profitability are achieved/exceeded.
  • Lead the customer account relationship for assigned accounts by developing and maintaining high profile relationships.
  • Fully understand the breadth of the relevant product offering to represent the full spectrum of available structures.
  • Participate in and take leadership responsibility for Boundary-less Sales and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or a High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 4 years of sales experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive sales experience in relevant industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Industry-related financial analysis and risk, tax and legal principles and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • 6+ years’ of progressive sales, marketing or business development experience in financial services
  • Comprehensive knowledge of risk, tax and legal principles
  • Knowledge of credit/risk underwriting processes and cash flow analysis
  • Prior experience buying and selling commercial portfolios
  • Financial modeling, risk modeling and pricing expertise
  • Prior experience outsourcing captive finance activities with major manufacturers
  • Proven legal contract negotiation skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams for deal structuring, pricing, review and approval
