Provide financial planning, analysis and
reporting for different products and segments within Sponsor Finance.
Includes ownership of planning cyles including Business Blueprint
reviews, quarter close and communicating continuously with the senior
leadership team. Subject matter specialist within FP&A for ENI and
SG&A. Partner with cross-funcitonal teams and business leaders to
drive process and rhythms. Provide recommendations and drive operational
ownership across commercial and risk teams
Manage multiple aspects monthly and quarterly financial forecasts and close process relating to Balance Sheet & SG&A.
Identify and articulate risks and opportunities relevant to the forecast period.
Develop financial projections for key planning sessions and operating plans.
Analyze and communicate impact of variances and trends including key business metrics vs. expectations.
Lead critical analyses of business results (portfolio and trend analysis, segment productivity, etc.).
Drive
commercial analytics and financial modeling improvements in planning
and forecasting to enhance process efficiency, support new initiatives,
and to accurately capture the changing business economics and structure.
Participate on cross-functional process improvement teams
to promote operational efficiencies and report results to senior
management.
Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum 2 years of finance experience.
Financial modeling skills.
Experience in accounting or financial analysis.
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills and ability to work cross functionally.
Proficient use of financial systems and analysis tools including Microsoft Office (e.g.. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to analyze complex issues, develop appropriate action plans and delivers the results timely.
Ability to lead projects and assignments.
