Serves as direct line supervisor of business solutions projects in support of Global Supply Chain (GSC) Operations applications, with a focus on Product Controllership (PC) deployments.

PC will create the organizational, process, and tool changes required to deliver configuration control and Unique Device Identifier (UDI) capabilities. These changes will enable GE Healthcare (GEHC) to meet current and developing global regulations for registered configurations of medical devices.
The GSC PC Deployment Project Manager is responsible for partnering with the PC tracks to facilitate site deployments of PC functionality in order to deliver a cross-platform PC solution that is compliant by regulatory agencies' deadlines.

• Manages annual GSC PC deployment projects in ITG
• Responsible for managing multiple small to medium deployment projects concurrently from initiation through closure
• Partner with GSC PC site deployment leaders to create site specific project plans and execute against the plan
• Develops, sells and implements comprehensive project plans, encompassing project team structure and resource assignment, implementation, testing and training plans, creation of a control plan identifying both business process metrics and IT platform quality requirements and ensuring successful transition to support and maintenance teams
• Owns all project risk; including time, budget, and scope, and the associated plans to contain and/or mitigate risk
• Identifies critical path decisions, makes recommendations and influences program leaders and business process owners to maximize project payback
• Manages daily activities, issue resolution and communication across project execution teams in order to deliver projects on-time, on-budget, as-requested
• Works with Program Manager to ensure scope, cost and quality of project meets GSC IT needs
• Deliver appropriate communications and status updates to all stakeholders
• Minimum five years IT experience of which two years should be in project management or equivalent
• Experience with process quality methodology
• Demonstrated project management skills including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and communication
• Project management experience in global environments
• Awareness of and ability to deliver compliance requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization
• Demonstrated ability to excel in a global matrix organization
• Strong leadership skills
• Analytic, creative and business focused problem solver
• Understanding of IT technologies and how to apply them
• Ability to see the "bigger picture" and maximize the overall value of IT service delivery; demonstrated history resolving conflicts in priority
• BS Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent

• Leadership Training Program Experience (ITLP, EEDP)
• Experience with GE Healthcare’s IT tollgate process and ITG
• Understanding of how GEHC functions operate with the ITPE organization
• Experience working with ICC integration technologies (SOA, Webmethods, Crossworlds, Informatica) and projects; ability to question/challenge Source, Middleware, and Target to ensure integration flow is aligned properly end-to-end
• Understanding of Product Controllership
• Black Belt certified
• Lean experience
• Experience in the Healthcare industry
