  • Assist clients and internal departments in troubleshooting problems related to Remarketing
  • Apply quality controls to remarketing operation and support
  • Assist Portfolio Control Manager in all aspects of the surveillance processes
  • Ensure compliance guidelines are met with both internal policies and procedures and contractual commitments
  • Track and report Recovery CTC results
  • Perform remote audits for Repo / Remarketing suppliers
  • Perform SIF/PIF Attorney and Agency Surveillance
  • Assist with updating and maintain Remarketing policies and procedures
  • Assist with preparation of monthly dashboards by retrieving various compliance data elements
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
  • Bachelors degree or minimum of 3+ years experience in financial services industry
  • 1+ years of collections and or research experience
  • PC experience, (spreadsheet, and/or database) MS Word, Access and Excel
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
