Lead Professional employee responsible for managing and/or supporting projects related to building new, and/or refining enterprise data capabilities. The Enterprise Data Project Manager is responsible for delivering multi-year, multi-million dollar internal Enterprise Data programs to time, scope, budget and quality. These programs may consist of interrelated projects being led by individual project managers under an overarching program or may comprise a single large project for the PM to lead.
  • Successfully executing approved program and sub-projects to agreed time, scope, budget and quality.
  • Performing the appropriate program/project management and governance processes e.g., tollgate and stakeholder management ensuring that the required project deliverables are met and approved appropriately.
  • Managing program/project work to enable successful and timely completion of the program/project including conducting peer and stakeholder reviews and quality assurance reviews with all aspects of IT organization and business sponsors.
  • Closing the program/project and formalizing acceptance of the program/project results ensuring that the benefits realization have been achieved or a formal plan is in place to manage these.
  • Interfacing and communicating with program/project teams, management, customers and stakeholders including implementing and working through defined governance processes.
  • Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree (or 4 years equivalent work experience) with 2+ years IT experience

  • Proven track record of successful delivery of projects with personal accountability for delivering to time and cost.
  • Experience with business intelligence or data related projects.
  • Experience of Enterprise Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence technologies, vendors and products.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in data governance and master data management.
  • Track record of customer focus and stakeholder management based on openness, trust, and delivering on promises.
  • Working knowledge of current technologies.
  • Experience developing and executing project plans.
  • Demonstrated success at project management.
  • Possesses analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Possesses project management skills and presentations skills.
