Purpose and Scope:
Support the Manager with specific responsibilities related to Production Functions. Focus closely on Garment Stock deliveries and all aspects that go into on-time delivery.


Key Responsibilities:
·         Create and maintain Time & Action charts for all seasons and distribute on a weekly basis.
·         Stock Deliveries:
o    Review and manage all production charts from the factories.
o    Work with overseas offices to communicate “ok to buys”.
o    Negotiate and analyze deliveries in order to meet corporate calendar dates.
o    Ability to understand design style changes and how they will impact delivery, cost and liability.
o    Influence, manage, and facilitate the timely approval of components to support on time deliveries by working closely with technical and design.
o    Oversee changes in quantities/styles while focusing on deliveries and cutting down on air shipments.
o    Troubleshoot/problem solve production delivery issues.
·         Daily communication with oversee Offices, Vendors and Accounts.
·         Support Manager in weekly stock garment fittings and help guide team to deadline approval dates.
·         Oversee and Manage Production Assistant on daily functions.
·         Chase/Re-order: 
o    Manage “chase” process and meeting.
o    Responsible to communicate chase to oversees offices/vendors and negotiate best garment delivery.
o    Work closely with merchandising, offices and customer service to ensure process is complete and all systems are updated in a timely manner.
·         Work with Manager on factory allocations.
·         Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot.
·         Assist in data entry of the Seasonal Cost Roll-up.
·         Assist Manager with some costing functions.  Ability to land and cost garments is a plus but not required.


Qualifications:
·         4 Year College Degree Preferred or equivalent experience.
·         3 – 5 years work related experience
·         Math and analytical skills
·         Strong communication skills, including email
·         Strong sense of Teamwork.
·         Highly proficient in all computer skills - Word, Excel, Pivot Tables
