Description

 Provide customers with superior customer service by executing financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures. Resolve account service issues and respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively. Proactively educate customers on utilizing available access channels (i.e. online and telephone banking, ATM). Identify customer needs in order to effectively refer bank products and services. Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets. Drive efforts in the Bank to identify and implement service behaviors that improve the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish required
High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience (12 months cumulative full-time work experience in a role of similar scope and responsibility) required
Customer Service orientation
Prior money-handling experience and/or customer service experience required
Analytical and problem solving skills
Basic computer skills
Previous teller experience preferred
Retail/sales experience preferred
