Associate Brand Development Manager TRESemme Hair
As

franchise globally. As a TRESemme Brand Development Associate Brand
manager you will gain exposure to many aspect of the business while
driving the brand strategic plan for growth.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Work
with the team to deliver innovation and renovation projects on-time and
to the high quality standards set and execute in market flawlessly.
This person will play a key role in the following areas:
· Lead
Innovation Project Team to deliver innovations on-time from mix
development to flawless execution in market. Work closely with R&D,
Consumer Insights, Packaging, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, Visual
Branding and Customer Development teams to drive and manage projects
· Adapt innovation and communication as appropriate for the North American market
· Generate
consumer understanding/insight and market analysis to translate into
action ensuring that it is built into the innovations and strategic
brand plan
· Understand competitive brands, launches, trends, trade and market realities to drive brand execution plans in market
· Deliver
written and verbal communication in a simple and concise manner in
order to strategically influence a large constituency of stakeholders

experience in beauty categories
· Ability to successfully navigate within a complex, matrix structure organization to achieve business goals

· Creative thinking. A restlessness to achieve firsts to surprise & delight our discerning and hard to please target
· Bias for action hair category is a very fast paced category someone who revels in the rapid pace of innovation and action
· An independent worker and self-starter always striving to go the extra mile to deliver excellent performance
· Strong
interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to lead, motivate and
inspire a cross-functional team and build strong relationships
· Project management excellence and strong quantitative and analytical skills
Key Requirements:
· MBA
or 3-5years of relevant work experience. Prior experience in Consumer
Packaged Goods, marketing, or an agency environment is a strong plus.
· Demonstrated ability to understand a consumer target and position a brand, project, innovation around consumer insights
· Solid demonstration of successful business results
· Ability to lead large cross functional teams
· Experience in beauty categories (specifically hair care) preferred
