Associate Brand Manager
We are looking for rising stars that enjoy a challenging position which will help you to learn and grow!

Marketing
at Unilever is split into distinct disciplines. Brand Developers are
responsible for creating the actual brand mix, from consumer insight to
fully qualified product mix to qualified advertising. Brand Builders are responsible for deploying the brand’s communication and innovations within their Region (North America). And
in turn, Shopper Marketers translate brand ideas into actionable plans
that influence consumers in the last step of the path to purchase at our
key retailers (pre,
during and post purchase). Based on business need, the incumbent will
be assigned to Brand Development, Brand Building or Shopper Marketing.
It is expected that he or she will have experiences across disciplines
before being promoted to a manager.
Brand Development builds world class mixes, defines category strategy and delivers innovation and communication. Responsibilities may include:
• Assist in the guidance of all brand communication and innovation development.
• Assist in brand innovation projects, developing and delivering quality near in horizon innovations.
• Work closely with Brand Building team to ensure consistency
Brand Development builds world class mixes, defines category strategy and delivers innovation and communication. Responsibilities may include:
• Assist in the guidance of all brand communication and innovation development.
• Assist in brand innovation projects, developing and delivering quality near in horizon innovations.

Brand Building brilliantly implements fully integrated brand mixes in the local market and leads P&L delivery. Responsibilities may include:
• Assist in the integrated marketing plan development
• Assist with the setting of national level brand key performance indicator’s and channel marketing strategy
• Assist in the execution of activation programs
• Assist in the launch management of innovation
• Provide brand equity/demand driver input to volume forecasting, financial updates, trimester updates, and operations lead Fuel for Growth projects (SMART, WC)
• Assist in the integrated marketing plan development
• Assist with the setting of national level brand key performance indicator’s and channel marketing strategy
• Assist in the execution of activation programs
• Assist in the launch management of innovation

Shopper Marketing
uses a deep understanding of the brand’s strategy and national plan to
create inspiring marketing programs along the path to purchase. Responsibilities may include:
· Working closely with brand and sales partners to translate brand ideas to actionable in store marketing strategies and plans
· Presenting and selling in ideas to customer’s merchandising and marketing departments
· Briefing and developing creative assets with an integrated agency team
· Designing research to evaluate programs, analyzing results and optimizing go forward programs

Key Requirements
· 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer brand marketing
· MBA degree
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Analytical/quantitative
skills, complex project management skills, team leadership skills,
strategic thinking and leadership skills, coaching skills
· Proven record of drive and initiative with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to operate in an aggressive, dynamic environment, and to provide innovative approaches in a team-based structure
