KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and present our brands memorably, helping
them to stand out in a crowded and competitive marketplace. As a newly
hired marketing MBA, the incumbent will be expected to tangibly
contribute to the performance and competitiveness in the marketplace
while gaining exposure to every aspect of the business, as it relates to
their brand assignment.
Marketing at Unilever is split into distinct disciplines. Brand
Developers are responsible for creating the actual brand mix, from
consumer insight to fully qualified product mix to qualified
advertising. Brand Builder’s are responsible for deploying the brand’s
communication and innovations within their Region (North America) and
through customers. Based on business need, the incumbent will typically
be assigned to either brand development or brand building. It is
expected that he or she will have experiences in both before promotion
to manager.

Brand Development builds world class mixes, defines category strategy and delivers innovation and communication. Responsibilities may include:
· Assist in the guidance of all brand communication and innovation development.
· Assist in brand innovation projects, coordinating initiatives to deliver quality innovations.
· Work closely with Brand Building team to ensure
consistency as the communication and innovation is deployed in the
marketplace

Brand Building brilliantly implements fully integrated brand mixes in the local market and leads P&L delivery.
Responsibilities may include:
· Assist in the integrated marketing plan development
· Assist with the setting of national level brand key performance indicator’s and channel marketing strategy
· Assist in the execution of activation programs in different customers
· Assist in the launch management of innovation
· Provide mid and long term demand forecasting

SUCCESS PROFILE:
Candidates for the role of associate brand manager will possess

thinking skills; strong communication skills; the ability to understand

dynamic environment; the ability to be creative, demonstrating consumer
empathy and passion for Brand Management. Prior experience in Consumer
Packaged Goods, marketing, or an agency environment is a strong plus.
Educational Requirement:
