The Sales CRM Manager will support the Payment Solutions sales organization as part of the Sales Solutions team, with responsibility for Salesforce.com and its related tools’ adoption, coverage reporting, and utilization management, to enable increased sales team productivity and organic growth.
  • Implement adoption campaign and manage the ongoing usage process across the Sales organization for SFDC and its interfacing digital sales enablement tools like Content Libraries, Chatter, Seismic, First Rain, and Atlas.
  • Develop and create sales adoption metrics and regular dashboard reporting
  • Define and own the adoption process, in coordination with Commercial COE, via ongoing and new user training sessions, communications campaigns, process modifications, or other resources
  • Drive consistency in CRM and tools usage and process improvements to enable accurate and automated consolidated reporting
  • Provide Sales and senior leadership team with SFDC-sourced reporting and develop self-serve reporting
  • Analyze sales coverage metrics, identify trends, communicate actionable insights, and recommend actions aligned to business objectives
  • Develop and deliver sales team reporting package to include performance scorecard and sales rep coverage metrics around contacts and activities
  • Build self-serve SFDC reports and Seismic visualization templates
  • Serve as the PS strategic point of contact for Salesforce and related digital tools
  • Coordinate with Commercial COE and execute on PS’s system enhancement requirements and initiatives, product releases, and user acceptance
  • Serve as go-to-expert for PS Salesforce users – account maintenance, troubleshooting, and workflow submissions/approvals
  • Coordinate and execute on data quality and account assignment projects
  • Partner with General Managers, Sales Solutions, and Commercial COE on commercial excellence and SFDC initiatives
  • Partner with Sales, Sales Solutions, and Commercial COE Leaders to create and execute commercial excellence and SFDC projects
  • Manage the systems Role Profile process for the PS Sales organization
  • Support regular operating rhythms and ad hoc reporting requests as needed

  • Degree or minimum 5 years of full-time business work experience in marketing, sales, client services, finance, IT or related function
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Salesforce.com user
  • Minimum 2 years of business analytics and report building (SFDC reporting a plus)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience involving partnership with a commercial team
  • Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time, and willing to be in Kettering, OH headquarters location for at least 25% of the time
