Works with other team members and within the framework of established operating procedures to implement security measures for the business’ information assets and assist as a producer of security systems products. Focuses on the physical protection of information systems assets and corporate information and intellectual property assets in order to prevent the intentional or inadvertent access, modification, disclosure, or destruction of those assets.
  • Analyzes and performs to defined requirements development, design, documentation, implementation to support application solutions for the IT Organization
  • Produces and maintains systems development documentation including functional requirements, technical requirements, test plans, conversion and deployment plans and operational control plans
  • Provides timely project progress reports and actively manage overall project risk from design to delivery
  • Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field(or a minimum 4 years of relevant work experience)
  • Minimum 1 year of Access Control Operations experience
  • GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening. Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Identity Management and / or Information Security Access Control
  • Working knowledge of current technologies
  • Experience developing and executing project plans
  • Demonstrated success at project management
  • Possesses analytical and negotiation skills
  • Possesses project management skills and presentations skills
  • Experience developing technology solutions for Financial Services or similar highly regulated industry
  • Experience with Sun Identity Manager (Waveset), Oracle Identity Analytics, Oracle Identity Manager or similar technologies and / or migrations
  • Experience working with a global team including contracted off-shore developers and operations teams
  • Ability to assist Identity Management Program Manager in technical and business strategies to establish best-practice IdM controls as well as a migration path for core services to a new global platform
  • Work collaboratively with other GE Business unites to develop, apply, and align Identity Management standards and best practices
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills to balance a wide range of operational and strategic functions
  • Maintain effective working relationships with peers and vendors to seamlessly integrate the program area into the overall strategic objectives and activities of the organization
  • YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SATISFY THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 19 OF THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACT.
