This role will play an essential role within the Turbomachinery Solutions (TMS) organization on the region’s go-to-market strategy. This person leads the NA Commercial Operations organization and reports directly to the NA Region O&G Leader and dotted line to the TMS Commercial Operations Leader.
Essential Responsibilities	In addition, you will: Provide overall leadership to the North America Region ensuring a common vision and unified operating rhythm Be responsible to support the sales team to meet orders goals for the region and by market segment Be accountable for overall project proposal strategy Achieve financial and operational targets Support the Sales Force in developing/assessing with Customers Identify with Application Engineering Team the best solutions to meet Customers' "Critical to Quality" (CTQs) Prepare commercial proposals, guarantee Quality completeness and Time responsiveness Drive the internal discussion in order to make the best call for the Company in terms of risks, costs and profit Define strategy on Price and Margin and leverage ROI evaluation Ensure compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment Lead contract negotiation and coordinate Functions (Legal, Finance, Manufacturing, Technical Assistance, Sales Force, P&Ls) during proposal preparation and follow-up Manage complex contracts, providing direction to internal support organizations Promote additional business opportunities with existing and new Customers partnering with the Sales team Lead Hand-Off for project execution phase (supported by the team) Track, monitor and report the assigned project/s (SFDC tool management)
Qualifications/Requirements	Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University Minimum 7 years of commercial or sales experience
