Proactively support the administrative needs of
the Financial Crime Compliance team, independently carrying out all
assigned responsibilities and balancing the broad, varied and complex
needs of multiple individuals. Provide back-up support to other
administrative staff, as needed.
Proactively
support the assigned manager and team by independently handling all
assigned duties, taking direction from and balancing the needs of
multiple staff members.
Handle confidential data and matters in a discreet and professional manner.
Maintain and coordinate calendars, schedule appointments
and meetings, arrange travel schedules, travel itineraries, reconcile
T&L expenses
Communicate with external parties, business associates and
act as buffer, including screening, prioritizing and directing inquiries
to appropriate resources in cases where personal contact with
executives is not necessary or appropriate
Develop PowerPoint presentations, type letters, memos,
charts, reports, proposals, contracts, agreements, or other types of
correspondence and maintain records of all documents.
Manage a wide range of general administrative services
including: telephone coverage, documentation management / file set up
and maintenance, photocopying, ordering office supplies, invoice
processing,
Schedule, plan, and organize all logistical details for in-house and off-site meetings, etc., as needed
Become an active member of the functional teams supported and help facilitate execution of annual team goals.
Participate in and / or support special projects, as needed
Provide back up support to other administrative staff, as needed
Basic Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 5 years of administrative assistant experience
Proficient in office management & current computer/office communications technologies
Expert PowerPoint skills with ability to deliver superior
quality products at high speed, ability to use all complex product
functions to do so.
Strong knowledge in other Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel
Flexibility and willingness to work extended hours as circumstances dictate
Eligibility Qualifications:
