The ideal candidate will have:

• 4+ years of experience drafting and negotiating trading documentation for derivatives (forwards, options, futures, swaps) and ISDA Master Agreements (including schedules credit support annexes, and other relevant documentation)
• Experience with various asset classes such as equities, currency, interest rates, and commodities is a plus
• Experience with repurchase agreements and/or master confirmation agreements is a plus
• Experience with structured products is a plus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience in a dynamic in-house environment is preferred
• Active admission to the New York bar
