Dean - Technology, Operations and Technology Academy (Job Number: 1310306)

Description

Reporting to the Chief Learning Officer of BNY Mellon's corporate University, the Dean of Technology, Ops & Tech Academy will oversee the Technology curriculum design and delivery, both as a Subject Matter Expert as well as through the management of the Technology Academy staff and vendor partners. The Academy will ensure that the learning and training activities are in place to provide employees with the technology skills necessary to support BNY Mellon's attainment of business objectives. The Dean will work closely with the leaders and managers across the company, especially those responsible for Client Technology Solutions as well as the University staff to ensure the coordination across lines of business/business partner groups and regions to ensure contemporary, consistent knowledge utilizing the processes and tools of the University.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Advanced degree or certification preferred. 15+ years of progressive related experience with deep and current knowledge of technology; minimum 6 years of supervisory/management experience. Must be an influential leader with strong interpersonal, presentation and execution skills.
