We’re currently seeking qualified candidates to join our team in the position of: Marketing Events Specialist Position Summary: This position will provide administrative support to the Marketing Department, as well as coordinate and manage all tradeshows, sales trainings and sales meetings (national and regional). Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage Marketing Budget expenditures. Manage Purchase Order and Contract Approval requests. Coordinate, plan and manage all Tradeshows that the department supports. Coordinate, plan and manage all Sales Trainings and National and Regional Sales Meetings. Coordinate internal meetings by arranging for meeting rooms, facilities and caterer, issuing information or invitations. Assist in maintaining and tracking schedules and calendars for sales and marketing team. Coordinate PowerPoint presentations and maintain and track Sales Training Library (audio content and online training modules) Provide general clerical support for Sales and Marketing department. | |
| Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, with two years of administrative assistant experience at the executive level required, as well as two years of meeting planning experience preferred. Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must have knowledge of office administrative procedures, and knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment, at a level generally acquired through 2+ years related experience. Excellent organizational skills with ability to work independently under minimal supervision. Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Some analytical ability is required in order to gather, review, summarize and/or proof-read data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work.
